Why hire our party toys?

How to book party toys

We have a range of toys suitable for children’s parties and family gatherings, as well as children’s tables and chairs. Party packs are popular and advance bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment. Reservations are locked in once payment has been received. Note that non-members are required to pay a booking fee of $10 and refundable deposit of $50 to borrow party toys.

Browse our party toys below and note the toy codes you would like to borrow. If you are not sure what will suit your party please email our coordinator, who can offer some advice.

Send a booking request via email to manninghamtl@gmail.com. Please include your name, phone number and the toy codes and dates that you would like to hire the items and if you are a current toy library member.

The toy library coordinator will contact you to let you know about availability of the items and confirm details with you. This may take 24 – 48 hours.

Party Pack Hire Information

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellations and will incur a $10 admin fee. The remaining hire fee will be refunded via electronic transfer. Refunds may take 7 days to process. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will not be refunded.

Things to consider

Toys are hired for up to 5 days, and cannot be re-loaned out the day of return to comply with cleaning requirements.
A booking fee of $10 for non-members will apply, as well as party hire fees and refundable deposit.
Non-members are required to pay a $50 deposit that will be refunded electronically within 7 days of toys being returned once toys are counted and checked.
Items are not considered reserved until payment is received.
Non-members are required to leave a cash deposit upon collection of items or prepay fees and show a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Items must be collected and returned 15 minutes prior to normal toy library opening hours.
Keep the size of your car in mind in terms of the items you borrow and /or if you need two cars or a second trip.
Choose age-appropriate toys. If in doubt, ask our coordinator.
Consider wet weather options. Some of our Party Pack toys are definitely outside toys, but many can be used inside or in a garage or on a deck.
All indoor and outdoor toys should be returned in the same condition they are borrowed – cleaned from any mud/dirt.
